Shigally Dormitory System is designed to give ample space to the growing teenager. There are two Dormitory Blocks, one for the juniors housing students from classes I to VIII. The second block is for classes IX & XII.  The cubicles of the seniors accommodate 2 girls. Entertainment is provided through television, movies, and daily news for current affairs.
  • A 1000 KV generator backup the electricity failures.
  • Shigally has in-house laundry, which has modern washing machines.
  • Both the blocks are well equipped with Air Conditioners and fans in the summers and heaters in the winters.
  • A Solar system panel provides hot water, but during monsoons geysers supply the required need for hot water.
  • Water supply is sufficient, as bore-wells have been dug to provide 24 hours of water supply, with the Filter plant maintaining the purity of the bathing and drinking water.
