18th annual day celebration

Shigally Hill International School celebrated its 18th annual day on 8th November 2023 on its campus .The function started with the welcome of Chief Guest Mrs.Kusum Dandona , The Dean of pastoral care ,Senior Economics and Hindi faculty at Welham Girls’ School ,Dehradun Honourable Chief Guest was warmly accompanied by Mrs Mamta Singh, the Honorable Director of the school,Mrs Anjana Kapoor,the Principal , Mrs Meena Rajan,the Headmistress Junior School, Mr Chandan Rai, the Bursar and all other extinguished pillars of the school . The show commenced with the grace of lighting the lamp and further followed by the welcome song inspiring the audience and sprinkling the petals of the delights . The show had an array of cultural events by the students.

Kookies Reverie by the juniors and Naye Roop mein Katha Purani by the seniors magnanimously . Both the plays were successful through the scintillating guidance and awesome direction by Mrs Seema Sidvani. The Principal Mrs Anjana Kapoor , read out the annual report of the school’s progress throughout the year and encouraged the students and the staff members to emulate the achievements of the school every year .The emotional speech delivered by Ms Arushi Tiwari, the Head Girl, was mesmerising . The Chief Guest appreciated the meticulous planning, designing invitations, organising cultural programs and the amalgamation of the hard work and creativity. The annual event ended with vote of thanks by Senior Coordinator Dr Divya Topal followed by the National Anthem . The sumptuous dinner was served to all before the departure.
